Returns

  1. Contact support@vanflo.onmicrosoft.com for the return request. Please provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
  2. Once we accept the return request, we will send you a “Return Request Confirmation Email” with the return address and details of your returns.
  3. Please pack your return in their original condition and packaging. Download and fill in the “Online Returns Form”, put it into the return package along with the returned items. Seal the package securely and send it back to us.
  4. Once we receive the order, we will perform a condition check. If your returns are eligible, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method, it may take up to 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition and packaging that you received it. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods due to hygienic reasons. 

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that are returned without their original packaging or with marks are not accepted.

Non-returnable items:

- Jewellery with pierced ears 

- Swimwear or Underwear (Briefs)

- Bodysuits

To complete your return, please complete your returns form to allow easy identification and prompt processing.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All successfully approved returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
